The Pareto Principle also known as “80: Rule 20 states the” that 80% of the efforts that are not time managed or unfocused generates only 20% of the desired output. However, 80% of the desired output can be generated using only 20% of a well time managed effort. Although the ratio ‘80: 20 ‘is only arbitrary, it is used to emphasize how much is lost or how much can be gained with time management.

Some people view time management as a list of rules that involves scheduling of appointments, goal settings, thorough planning, creating things to do lists and give them priority. These are the basic fundamentals of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal skills of time management. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give that extra reserve to make the results you want.

But there is more involved in time management skills that the fundamentals of the base. Skills such as decision making, inherent abilities such as emotional intelligence and critical thinking are also essential for personal growth.
Personal time management involves everything you do. No matter how big and no matter how small, everything counts. Each new knowledge you acquire, each new advice you consider, each new skill you develop should be taken into consideration.

Having a balanced lifestyle should be the key result in having personal time management. This is the main aspect that many practitioners of personal time management can not grasp.

Time management is about getting results, not about being busy.

At last The  Sex and the City 2 movie is coming  this movie is a sequel to the 2008 film Sex and the City, this movies is based on the HBO TV series of the Sex and the City. Were fortunate that this film is scheduled for release on May 27, 2010. The film’s full theatrical trailer was released on April 8, 2010.

My friends want to Watch The Sex and the City 2 Movie online. They want to watch the four stars, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, and Kim Cattrall. All this star are gorgeous women in the City.and also were excited to watch the other cast in the movie including Chris Noth has also officially signed on to reprise the role of Mr. Big.  Evan Handler will be returning as Harry Goldenblatt, John Corbett as Aiden Shaw, David Eigenberg as Steve Brady , Willie Garson will return as Stanford Blatch, and Mario Cantone will again play Anthony Marent.
